Myounghee Noh & Associates, L.L.C. dba MNA Environmental (MNA) is a Hawaii-based woman-owned environmental design, studies, and consulting firm established in 1999. MNA provides services in Hawaii and throughout the Asia Pacific region to federal, state, county, and local government agencies as well as commercial clients. The founder and CEO, Myounghee Noh, has served in the environmental industry since 1992. MNA brings to the industry a wide variety of federal project experience across the environmental services, compliance, and quality assurance fields. Our top priority is to offer quality, cost-effective, and timely smart solutions to enable our clients.
MNA emphasizes compliance, economy, and enabling services in everything that we do. Beyond our own expertise, we are able to increase our capacity through key alliances with a number of domestic and international specialty consulting firms. MNA offers an array of innovative and compliance-oriented services.
MNA offices are located in Aiea, Hilo, and Guam, with a reporting center in Michigan. This allows us to be highly responsive to client needs across the United States and in the Pacific.
