Myounghee Noh

The founder and CEO, Myounghee Noh, has served in the environmental industry since 1992. Ms. Noh brings to our clients and project teams over 30 years of experiences in environmental investigations, remedial design and execution, hazardous material surveys and hazardous waste management, chemical analysis and interpretations, environmental planning and permitting for federal, state, county, and commercial clients, and DoD projects in Japan, Korea, Guam, CNMI, Kwajalein, Yap, Palau, Philippines, Singapore, and Diego Garcia.
To enable our clients, Ms. Noh provides strategic site investigation and hazard mitigation solutions, considering challenges and limitations at various project sites. The strategy may include mobile laboratory, real-time testing using field instruments, and use of regionally available talents and equipment, for cost-effective technically sound solutions. Large landowners and commercial clients, such as the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, public and private schools, and utility companies, rely on her expertise for a wide variety of renovation, upgrade, and construction design projects for existing conditions surveys, RFP/bid document support, technical specifications, cost estimates, construction support, and compliance monitoring.
