Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
MNA conducts Phase I and Phase II ESAs in accordance with ASTM E 1527-21 and ASTM E 1903-97, respectively. For lenders, insurance companies issuing policies, firms involved in merger/acquisition, or property buyers, MNA’s research and assessment will identify risks.
Environmental Assessment (EA)
MNA provides comprehensive EAs compliant with the NEPA and HRS Chapter 343, identifying direct, indirect, and cumulative effects of proposed actions and alternatives, coordinating with agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. If necessary, MNA will conduct public involvement and identify mitigation measures to offset impacts.
Facility Audits
MNA inspects facilities, equipment, and personnel actions for regulatory compliance. In partnership, we review maintenance of schedules and records with respect to all operations requiring environmental compliance.
Laboratory Data Assessment
Laboratory data assessments are performed based on EPA SW-846 methods and functional guidelines. MNA assesses the laboratory’s capabilities to ensure adequate laboratory performance and usability of data.
Landfill Remediation
MNA provides landfill repairs through remediation throughout the Pacific Basin. Effective assessment and remediation are achievable with a geophysical survey, mobile laboratory, efficient planning, and experienced staff.
Lead and Asbestos Surveys; Risk Assessment; Abatement Design
MNA provides one of the most comprehensive lead and asbestos survey reports in the industry. Our easy-to-understand reports include photographs and drawings for identification of lead- or asbestos-containing building materials and their locations. After an inspection, MNA provides guidance and information needed to maintain a safe residence, school, or workplace by conducting a risk assessment. Abatement design and management services resolve identified problems.
Mold Investigations
MNA utilizes our indoor air quality (IAQ) experience and thorough knowledge of EPA guidelines to conduct cost-effective mold and source investigations and provide remediation solutions and specifications.
Natural Resource Studies
MNA assists with a wide range of natural studies, including but not limited to conservation monitoring, endangered species management, and wetland delineations. MNA partners with qualified technical experts to ensure regulatory requirements related to specific technical disciplines are met.
Onsite Chemical Testing
MNA provides real-time chemical testing services using immunoassay, colorimetric and electrochemical analyses, as well as a mobile laboratory. Onsite testing offers cost-effective site investigations and remediation without delay due to sample shipping and efficient and compliant laboratory reporting. UST Assessment/Removal
MNA provides Underground Storage Tank (UST) Investigations and Closure Assessments based on the needs of clients. MNA conducts UST removal and release assessments, providing an evaluation of site conditions and remedial alternatives, as needed. MNA can conduct the selected remediation alternative, including any post-remediation monitoring and verification requirements.
Worker Training
MNA brings a variety of training to our local and overseas clients who are engaged in U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
